General terms

I will take the request to consideration if it matches my artstyle and personal interest.Please understand if I decline your commission.

Payments

Payments via Paypal only with US$ (or bank accounts if you live in Vietnam).Currency accepted is either USD or VND.Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Revisions

You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing. Major and extra edits will be subject to extra costs charge starting $50 per edit.You will be able to regularly preview the piece during the process. Edits will only be accepted during sketching stage and minor final revision (lighting effects, fonts, but not main elements).If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

Faq

I reserve the right to use commissions as material for portfolios, showcases, business cards, price lists examples, etc.Commissions are strictly not for commercial-use (merch, resale etc.) unless a separate commercial-use agreement has been made. Inquire further for details.Do not edit, trace, modify or alter the artwork in any way.Listings are subject to possible changes.No extremely rushed deadlines or pressure please.I will only send you the finished piece after receiving the full payment.You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You agrees to crediting me when using the artwork. In case of a Vtuber Model, you agrees to crediting me within your socials info (Twitter, Twitch, Youtube etc.).

Refund policy

All orders are final, and refunds can only be requested if no work has begun on the project or during the sketching stage.
